Mohamad Najem is the co-founder and advocacy director @SMEX. He has delivered dozens of training workshops in Lebanon and throughout the Arab region on digital advocacy. In addition, Mohamad has initiated and contributed to several successful online campaigns, including #stopthislaw, Protect Privacy, and Take Back Parliament, an alternative political campaign for the 2013 Lebanese parliamentary elections.
He tweets at @MoNajem and blogs occasionally, too, mostly about the Arab internet and where it intersects with free expression and other human rights.
