I’m an editor-at-large at Global Voices. I work primarily on the Netizen Report, a weekly roundup of global digital rights news. I began writing for Global Voices in 2010, focusing on internet access issues in Cuba, and soon expanded my horizons to the wilds of the global digital rights community.
