As a critical thinker, I started as a junior reporter for a local newspaper in the Netherlands at the age of 15 before moving to international spheres. With a strong academic foundation, I continued and volunteered for several international companies and organizations using my skills to work towards social change — special focus on herstory and Caribbean affairs.
🌴Diving into my mixed heritage and will publish a book on Caribbean history and its melting pot through food recipes in 2023 – the year of commemorating 150 years of Hindostani migration and the colonial past of Suriname.
