Jacob Mchangama is director of legal affairs at the Danish think tank CEPOS and an external lecturer in international human rights at the University of Copenhagen. He blogs regularly for the Danish newspaper Berlingske Tidende and is a frequent debate participant and expert commentator both in the print and electronic media. Jacob is also the founder and spokesperson for Fri Debat (Free Debate) a Danish organization committed to the protection and advocacy of freedom of expression.
